Their customer service is 2nd-to-none. This company actually takes the time to call new sign-ups (on the day after they sign-up) to welcome them, and to give them a step-by-step walkthrough of their back-office.

Another example of their excellent customer service is that they call you on the phone to tell you when your monthly autoship has shipped out of their warehouse.

I've never experienced this with any of the other companies that I've been in.
