The patents that Mannatech have put in place to protect our products and
the excellent scientific validation for everything that they sell makes
this a wonderful opportunity.
The compensation is the most generous I
have experienced. It starts with a reasonable amount with only six down
line buying product. They compensate generously early on and you don't
get discouraged.My husband and I earned enough points to get free
accommodation and registration at the global convention in Dallas Texas.
We found cheap air-fares on the internet and flew to LA and hired a car
and drove to Dallas and back via the Grand Canyon. It was fabulous. Dr
Ben Carson was the guest speaker at the convention and it was worth
going just to hear him speak. It was so easy to earn the point to go.
Another thing is that the products sell themselves, you don't have to be
a sales person. And before you know it you are a Regional Director. It's
just amazing.
The products are consumable so that there is an on-going need for
everyone to buy them.
The fact that Mannatech is expanding into more countries each year is
exciting too. They opened in South Korea Last year and will be
opening into some European countries early this year.
The wonderful benefits to my own health since I found these products is
the thing that I'm most grateful for. |

What three (3) changes would you recommend
to the management of your company to make it an even better opportunity? |
I'm sorry, but I have only been in this company less than two years and
I had tried about four before it, and the only thing that I can think of
if I have to find something to put here is that the advertisements that
they give us on our
website for us to put in newspapers or on notice boards or whatever
could be written with a bit more imagination. I'm only talking about the
ones from the Australian office, I don't know what the overseas ones are
like for each individual country.

kind of training and support do you, your upline, or your company
provide? |
Excellent. Our up-line have just
sacked their boss and are doing Mannatech full time so they are able to
give us lots of support and training. There are so many support CD's and
DVD's and books etc that it's hard to know which ones to choose
from.Knowledge about Glycomics is just expanding all the time so there
is more and more validation for us to tap into all the time. |

Personal Information |
My husband and I run a small interstate transport business in Australia.
My husband is a motor mechanic so he drives the truck and does the
maintenance and my field of expertise is in the accounting area so I do
the books. We are growing our Mannatech business for two reasons. One we
love making a difference to the lives of people because of the wellness
that they experience after taking these products and secondly we are
hoping that this will be a nice retirement income for us in the future.
If I'm totally honest I just started taking the products for my health
and all of a sudden it turned into a business. We live in a nice new
house in an outer suburb of Newcastle in Australia. We don't have any
children, just three nieces and a nephew who are all grown up now. The
youngest one finished school at the end of last year and is going to
study teaching next year.
