What three (3) changes would you recommend to the management of your company to make it an even better opportunity?

This is hard to answer because I believe they are doing such a great job! But, if I had to pick, I would say maybe add a few more business opp/product videos for consultants to advertise, expand product line for kids (I know this is coming) and more international exposure (also in the works).
